At 820 Dogwood Avenue in Coquitlam, we’ve completed the demolition of seven existing structures to make way for a new residential project, and are set to begin excavation and shoring operations in the coming weeks. This will involve precise bulk excavation to accommodate underground parking levels, coordination with geotechnical engineers for soldier pile shoring, and full-site dewatering as required. Previously, we also completed the engineered backfill for West Fraser’s six-story development in Burnaby’s River District—ensuring compaction compliance and soil stabilization under strict city inspection guidelines.
